Our mission
The Puerto Rico Traffic Safety Commission (CST) is the government agency responsible for promoting road safety across the territory. Through this educational portal, we are dedicated to informing the public about the responsible use of medical cannabis and its relationship to road safety.
Why this portal?
With the passage of Law 42-2017 regulating the use of medical cannabis in Puerto Rico, the need arose to educate the public about the effects of this substance on driving ability. This portal is our response to that need.

We work to prevent accidents before they happen through awareness campaigns.

We coordinate with the Department of Health, the Puerto Rico Police, and community organizations.
